How to use Fix My Brainrot
There is no correct length of session. Open the site, choose one activity, and give it your attention for as long as it remains useful. When you are done, close it.
Choose by the kind of attention you want
- Dictionary gives you one word and a short meaning.
- Mental Math gives you one untimed calculation at a time.
- Sudoku asks you to reason within rows, columns, and boxes.
- Wikipedia offers a short introduction to a random article.
- Remember the Pattern asks you to observe and reconstruct a visual arrangement.
- Five Letters gives you six guesses to find a five-letter word.
There is nothing to maintain
Progress resets when a page is refreshed. There are no accounts, reminders, streaks, or stored scores. This makes the activities easy to leave and return to without turning them into another obligation.
Use the information button when needed
Each activity has a small information button beside its description. It explains the rules without adding permanent clutter to the activity itself.
If an activity feels frustrating, switch activities or stop. The purpose is to practise attention, not to prove that you can endure an unpleasant session.
